   - Tào phớ, có nơi gọi là Tào pha có lẽ là món ăn gắn liền với tuổi thơ của mỗi người…Những gánh hàng rong đi vào cả trong những ngõ ngách với tiếng rao văng vẳng quá quen thuộc… 
   
   Được ăn một bát Tào phớ với đá lạnh và nước đường hoa nhài trong cái thời tiết đổ lửa như thế này của mùa hè thì thật là sung sướng biết bao ….
   
   Con với tôi, Tào phớ như là một món ăn gợi lại cho tôi cả một trời ký ức của tuổi thơ…
